Process documentation platform

SOP Intel

Narrated recording in, structured process documentation out.

A team member records a narrated walkthrough of a business process. SOP Intel transcribes it, extracts the steps, roles and controls, and produces documentation the process owner reviews and publishes: step-by-step procedures, flowcharts, RACI matrices, and an automation assessment for leadership.

Access is by invitation. Accounts are created by your administrator.
1

Record

A subject-matter expert screen-records the process while narrating it, the same way they would walk a new hire through it. No templates, no forms.

2

Review

SOP Intel drafts the structured record: steps, decision points, exceptions, systems used, and who is responsible. The owner edits and approves it.

3

Publish

Approved documentation is published to the team library with version history, department visibility, and sharing controls.

Step-by-step procedures

Numbered steps with screenshots, inputs, outputs and exception handling.

Flowcharts

Swim-lane diagrams generated from the record, including exception loops.

RACI matrices

Roles stated as roles, not names, so the document outlives staff changes.

Automation assessment

A per-process view of automation opportunities with vendor-agnostic implementation prompts leadership can act on.

  • Single-tenant deployment per customer. No shared database or storage.
  • Invitation-only access. No self-signup. Role-based visibility.
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest. Recordings reachable only through one-hour signed URLs.
  • Named subprocessors (Railway, Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Deepgram, Anthropic, GitHub); none train models on customer data.
  • Hard deletion of recordings and derived data on request, verified by audit script.
